Please ensure you record a parcel opening video with the package visible in intact condition from all angles. This serves as vital proof for all return/exchange requests.


7-Day Window

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.


Exchange Process

After a successful Quality Check by our team, you can purchase an equivalent value article from our store.
